Summer obsessions

This was meant to be a collage of just a few Summer essentials. As you can see, I got a little carried away. I have never been a fan of the color blue, and for the first time in my life, I am loving all things blue! Crazy... -kwSummer obsessions

Pumpkin Cheesecake!

This is definitely more of a Fall/Winter dessert, but I am such a fan of both pumpkin and cheesecake so who cares!! This was my first attempt at a homemade cheesecake and I must say that this was a pretty easy recipe for a beginner to follow. This cheesecake is super delicious, especially if you add a chocolate bourbon sauce on top when serving. I used a pre made one from a local chocolate shop called Dude, Sweet. Mmm, bon appetit!

Chain Headpiece Tutorial

Chain Headpiece Tutorial in 4 easy steps: What you will need: - 2 necklace chains with clasp closures - "O" rings - small pair of pliers - jewel or bead to embellish your headpiece with 1. Measure your head with the first chain. You don't want the chain to be too tight so make sure it has a little room for your head to breathe! 2. Use the clasp closure on the chain to secure the chain to fit the size of your head. 3. Measure the second chain from the top of your forehead to the back of your head. Secure the clasp closure to the back of the headpiece. Use a small pair of pliers to remove the excess chain and secure the front of the chain to the front of your headpiece. You may have to guess and check after you secure the chain together. 4. Use an "O" ring to secure a jewel or bead of your liking to the center of the front of the headpiece. You can add more chains or jewels to make the headpiece more elaborate. I love this look so much!
